How long does the A-Level Maths diagnostic take?
It has 30 questions. Most students take 30 to 45 minutes. There is no timer, so accuracy matters more than speed, and you can pick up where you left off in the same browser.
Is the diagnostic free, and do I need an account?
It is completely free and you do not need an account. You only choose your exam board. If you sign in with Google afterwards, your result is saved so you can track progress.
What will I learn from the diagnostic?
You get an overall score, your accuracy in each topic and a ranked list of the topics to practise first, with a next step for the weakest one.
Does the diagnostic predict my A-Level grade?
No. It measures how you did on these questions. It is not an official grade or a prediction, so use it to decide what to revise, not what grade to expect.
